From either Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) or George F.L. Charles Airport (SLU), you have several ground transportation options, including taxis, car rental, or luxury private car transfers. Our concierge team is delighted to assist with booking car rentals, private cars, and aerial transfer. Around the Island
Saint Lucia is only 14 miles/23 kilometers wide and 27 miles/43 kilometers long. There are well-maintained roads and highways throughout the island. Taxis, rental cars and private cars with a driver are all available options — simply ask your concierge for pricing. Private luxury boat transport can also be arranged from your doorstep at The Landings' private Marina.
Around the Resort
The Landings Resort & Spa is exceptionally walkable, providing most flat ground throughout the property. For your convenience, our bell desk team provides complimentary transportation in The Landings golf carts anywhere within the resort. You can get to most places in moments by walking along the serene and picturesque path through the middle of the resort that winds around our lovely private marina.
International Travel
A warm welcome awaits our international visitors. Saint Lucia is just an eight-hour flight from London to Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) on the island’s south side. Closer to The Landings is the “local” airport, George F.L. Charles (SLU), near the capital of Castries.
Currently, British Airways and TUI Airways offer regularly scheduled service from London Gatwick. Virgin Atlantic offers regularly scheduled service, four days/week, from London Heathrow.

During the winter months, we’ve noticed that on both Virgin Atlantic and British Airways, the premium seats seem to sell out faster than economy. If you are thinking of coming to visit us in the peak months and you prefer premium travel, we advise booking early.
